# GitHub pull requests

> Code changes synced from GitHub, with the issues they address.

A GitHub pull request record is a code change from one of your synced
[repositories](/docs/apps/projects/github-repositories). You follow it here and merge it in GitHub.

## How it works

The sync sets a pull request's title, body, number, link, and head commit, and its status:
**Draft**, **Open**, **Merged**, or **Closed**. In Continual you set only its **Issues**, the
[GitHub issues](/docs/apps/projects/github-issues) it addresses.

Continual does not fetch reviews or checks yet, so **Review** and **Checks** show **Not fetched**.
